Convenient - our homes are within walking distance to campus....some are even closer to campus than the university apartments! Most have off street parking just a few steps from the front door.
Safe - Living space & bathrooms for just you (not the whole dorm), enjoy more privacy, more quiet and less cooties : )
Furnished- our homes are furnished with fridges,stoves,washer/dryers, some have dishwashers, most have 2 full bathrooms.

Get out there - most of our homes have a nice size yard with a fire pit for campfires with friends. Many also have porches for reading, relaxing, etc...
Space - not only will you enjoy having your own room and lots of closet space,
you'll love having a kitchen, living room, dining room and not having to share a bathroom with so many people.
Affordable- our rent is about half the cost of campus housing! Live well and save money!
